Arthur Neumann

Henry Deacon, a pseudonym for what was later said to be Arthur Neumann, is one of the Project Camelot’s whistleblower celebrities. According to Kerry Lynn Cassidy, Henry is one of our best witnesses to ever come forward. Henry was a project manager and worked for various 3 and 4 letter agencies. He had a wider view of the big picture than most witnesses or people working in black projects usually ever get.

Henry is in full agreement with Dan Burisch by stating Dan Burisch is telling the whole truth. I confirm this. Timelines and all and strongly recommends the works of Bernard Pietsch, Stan Tenen, and Richard Hoagland. He maintained that Pietsch knew everything there was to know about the Great Pyramid. Henry endorsed Bill Deagle, Alex Jonse’s Endgame, John Lear, The End of America by Naomi Wolf and the Report from Iron Mountain. The report can be viewed here.

Regarding the Iron Mountain Report Henry was adamant that a false introduction had been added to the Report as damage control after it had been widely leaked and published as a book. When briefed about the report in 1986 Henry said he was told there are sheep and there are wolves. We are the wolves.

Physicist

Henry initially declined to go on camera. His claims were presented in written form, before first release he requested any references about Solar Warden to be taken out of the transcripts. Henry described himself as a Livermore physicist, claiming what is being done in secret is dozens of years ahead of mainstream physics which is published in journals in the public domain. There are projects dealing with subjects beyond the belief or experience, beyond the imagination, of many public domain physicists.

Henry described one such advanced project as a project called Shiva Nova at Livermore which uses arrays of giant lasers. These are huge lasers, huge capacitors, many terawatts of energy, in a building built on giant springs, all focused on a tiny tiny point. This creates a fusion reaction which replicates certain conditions for nuclear weapons testing. It’s like a nuke test in lab conditions and there's very powerful data collection focused on that point where all the energy is focused. The problem is that all extremely high-energy events like this create rips in the fabric of spacetime. This was observed back in the early Hiroshima and Nagasaki events, and you can even see it in the old movies. Look for what looks like an expanding energy sphere, and I can send you a link to show you. The problem with creating rips in spacetime, whether they're big or little, is that things get in that you don’t want to be there.

Things getting in are said to be beings and influences.

Henry also claimed working free energy systems have been developed, in essence making use of the Casimir effect.

Quantum Communicator

Henry futher describes what might be understood as a quntum entangled communication device you know what signal nonlocality is, right? When two particles in different parts of the universe can apparently communicate with each other simultaneously, no matter what the distance. Communications devices have been made for communicating across vast distances and also locally using a methodology that’s impossible to eavesdrop on, because there's nothing traveling between the two devices that can be intercepted. It’s impossible to crack or codebreak or eavesdrop because no signal travels anywhere, so there’s no signal to be intercepted or decoded. It just doesn’t work like that.

The beauty of it is that the devices are actually so simple to build. You can create two chaotic circuits, on a couple of small breadboards using cheap components which anyone can buy, and they communicate with each other in this way. You can build these if you know how.

Overpopulation

Henry agrees with the notion about planet Earth being over populated. Henry thinks releases of artificial viruses that have been deployed using a number of means and are hard to detect or identify and nearly impossible to cure are understandable from scientific perspective. There are programs to reduce global population for everyone’s benefit. Believe it or not, the intent there is positive. It was put together by Kennedy way back then. The RAND Corporation was involved, and one of the Rockefellers.

In 2007 Project Camelot wrote Henry is extremely concerned about the state of the world. Concerned enough, it is ok to somehow remove/reduce billions of people, strictly scientifically speaking ofc?

Henry described some measures in 2007 and offered advice regarding the depopulation:

1. Stealth pathogens have been covertly deployed with the intention of reducing the world’s population, besides the weaponized Avian flu deployment
2. Genetically selective, racial, weapons
3. There will be an economic meltdown in the very near future, starting with the dollar, then spreading to the pound and then the euro and onwards
4. A Solar CME, corona mass ejection, is likely
5. Those with the means to do so to find a safe place as soon as possible, away from coastal areas and other locations vulnerable to flooding, away from earthquake fault zones, away from major conurbations and population centers, have at least part of the dwelling against a hillside or under the ground, have reliable access to uncontaminated fresh water and food
6. Electronic components should be wrapped first in cotton or natural cloth and then wrapped in aluminum foil, or buried in the ground or stored in a metal container
7. Reliable powered vehicle to have would be a diesel-engined car or truck, old enough to contain no electronic components. Bicycles are a good asset. Ham radio systems may be the only reliable means of communication for local and global communications
8. Vitamin D3, 5000 IU [international units] per day, provides excellent cheap insurance against viral epidemics, dark-skinned people may require slightly higher doses

Henry stated be a part of nature and let go of your fears. Go with the flow. A lifetime is short. There is not much time. So slow Down as you travel through time and enjoy each moment - the here and now.

Yes, dig a house in a hill side, consume D3, establish EMP shielding, dig a well, grow livestock, be aware there are biological weapons designed to kill you, the world might end, but at the same time let go of your fears and enjoy life from your nuclear fallout bunker.

Roswell and Timelines

According to Henry the Roswell incident was actually about future humans on altruistic mission, stepping back in time to 1947. There they crashed due to high powered radar. Once UFO was recovered the 1947 time humans found a device, a box. It was this box which has introduced time portal technology. Roswell visitors were not the Greys. As always, it was not explained how a 1947 radar could bring down advanced flying vehicle.

Future humans attempted to remedy the situation, creating multiple different timelines, an overlay of timelines, allegedly too complex for average human to comprehend. Henry wrote the English language alone does not accommodate for communicating an answer to this question. Yes, when you find yourself unable to explain something just blame it on semantics.

Two versions. Portable, the ones you manage with your mind and stationary, the ones you step through.

Second Sun

Henry spoke of a massive astronomical object which is on a long elliptical orbit around our own sun which is to be the second sun and is causing resonance effects on our sun in various ways and this is a cause of the warming of all the planets, not just the Earth.

Monitoring

Henry warned us that there exists advanced technology that can monitor conversations even in the outdoors. He told us that satellite lasers now have the capacity to pick up vibrations on a person's clothing. Monitoring speech vibrations from a glass window pane is elementary, and is older technology.

Henry on 9/11

1. was briefed about 9/11 in detail a few hours before it happened
2. the planes that hit the twin towers were remotely controlled, with software modifications that would permit tight turns that would normally be impossible
3. the plane that hit the Pentagon was a small, remotely piloted Navy jet. 757 could not have been used because the aerodynamic ground effects would have prevented it coming in so low at full speed without it having to slow right down as if to land
4. the well-publicized cellphone calls had been fabricated
5. Osama bin Laden had nothing to do with any of it apart from the fact that he was a USG asset
6. fate of passengers and the plane of Flight 77 not known
7. control over Flight 93, which either crashed or was shot down over Pennsylvania, had been lost, that part of the plan had gone wrong

Mars

In 2006/2007 Henry stated Mars base has a population of 670,000. Human or not would depend on definition of a human. According to Henry the base is thousands of years old. Part of all of this are the Anunnaki which are split into a number of factions, some of which are friendly, and others not. The most sinister thing he alluded to was that one faction of the Anunnaki sometimes preyed on human flesh, having acquired a taste for it.

Henry said he himself was on Mars where he played a lot of ping-pong and watched a lot of TV.

Other

In late 1972 or early 1937 people, who Henry worked with, disabled a flying disc, which came down and hovered near them, with experimental laser weapon. As occupants of the dics Henry saw small child-like humanoids, with no hair. And they had small eyes, not large almond-shaped eyes. The aliens were transferred to a Nike base located in the hills near Tilden Park, directly east of Kensington, CA. How can a 1970s laser disable advanced alien craft was not specified.

Henry’s thoughts on disclousure: If there was full disclosure of all the problems, and all the proposed solutions, do you really think it would help any of us? I suggest the answer is probably not. It would just complicate matters further.

Henry made himself known for the first time during Zurich Ground Crew conference with intention to endorse John Lear talking about cold fusion being a reality. At the time he also showed a brown passport. David Wilcock, who was also on stage, vouched for that passport to be valid and authentic. Brown passports are issued to US government employees and contractors who are traveling on US government business. They are also issued to active-duty members of the military who will travel overseas on military duty.

The second time Henry made himself known was at the Barcelona conference, but was not there as a speaker. According to Kerry Lynn Cassidy organizers of Barcelona conference invited him and payed his way, they did not want him to speak, they just wanted to allow him to be there. During Barcelona conference Henry went on stage with Kerry Lynn Cassidy, uninvited, it was Kerry’s initiative to do so, to state, among other things, he had been to Mars. Apparently barging on stage like that raised some issues. Allegedly the Exopolitics team was angry Henry spoke. Kerry also said Steven Greer was instrumental in some way at the back of the stage after we left the stage.
